Sheila Katsak

Sheila Katsak lives in the community of Mittimatalik and is co-founder the Mittimatalik Arnait Miqsuqtuit Collective.
Since 2015 she has been using new communications technologies to digitally archive sewing skills, and to celebrate and reinvigorate the artistry and language of sealskin sewing in her community.
Sheila co-administers the Collective and is member of several of the MAMC documentation teams.
